How much does it cost for doctors to use the kiosk?
The kiosk is free for doctors to use. ravkoo Rx will pay for all costs of the kiosk, including shipping and handling.
Is the kiosk HIPAA compliant?
- Yes, the kiosk is 100% HIPAA compliant when used with a headset.
How long does it take to implement a kiosk?
Implementation of kiosk includes the following:
- Shipping- 1-2 weeks (and that will give us enough time to get pharmacy set up)
- Setting up kiosk (including downloading app)- 30 minutes
- Training med staff- a day or 2
Do we have to sign any contract with ravkoo Health for getting onboard?
Yes, when pharmacy get onboards with ravkoo Health for Connect kiosk project, they need to fill out onboarding form and sign the agreement.
Do we receive prescriptions electronically or by Fax?
Pharmacy should receive prescriptions electronically.
Do pharmacy get notification when customer is on Kiosk?
When patient is trying to connect with pharmacy via kiosk, the pharmacy would receive notification on ravkoo Health portal and it will ring like telephone ring.
Do we have to use PBT to collect the copay?
We recommend that pharmacy uses pay-by-text to collect patients' credit card as this method is very safe and secure.
Does pharmacist need to connect patient via kiosk?
If patient needs pharmacist consultation, then pharmacist must connect with patient on kiosk.
Do we have to provide same day delivery?
Yes, unless the patient is ok with getting prescription next day.
Does ravkoo Health provide assistance if PA is required on RX?
Yes. ravkoo Health will assist in prior Authorization
Can we terminate the contract in middle of the contract term?
Pharmacy can cancel the contract at any time with a 30-day notice.
What are the initial expenses to start kiosk service?
Pharmacy needs to have a computer, webcam and speaker or utilizing tablet for connecting with patient via video call. That is the only expense on pharmacy side.
