How does it work
After consultation, if prescription(s) are warranted, the patient may request fulfillment through the ravkoo Rx kiosk.
Patient provides physician with ravkoo Rx e-Scribe ID to initiate processing.
At the kiosk, patient will

about the Connect Kiosk
The Connect Kiosk is a patent pending digital screen that allows patients to consult with a pharmacist directly after their provider visit right in the medical office. When they speak to a pharmacist they will be able to learn about their prescriptions, how to take them, find out about their insurance coverage and copays, pay for their copay, and schulde their prescriptions to be delivered to their home.

The purpose of the kiosk is for providers to be able to bring a pharmacist’s expertise into the providers office. The kiosk allows the patient to consult with the pharmacist right after the provider visit, become educated on the prescription and whether the prescription is covered or not, learn what their copay is, pay for the prescription, and order their medication to be shipped to their home, along with any OTC or supplements that may be needed (subject to pharmacy discretion).
The provider will send the prescriptions, using e-scribe to ravkoo Pharmacy or a local pharmacy of the patient’s choice. The patient can go to the kiosk, enter their full name and phone number, this step can be skipped and immediately connect to a pharmacist who will request this information, and then connect virtually to the pharmacy. The pharmacist will walk them through the prescription information and cost. The patient can pay for their medication with credit card, or pay by text. After that, they can schedule delivery or if the patient wishes can have the medication transferred to their local pharmacy.
Yes, the kiosk is 100% HIPAA compliant when used with a headset.
What is the benefit for the provider’s staff?
The kiosk is free for doctors to use. ravkoo Health will pay for all costs of the kiosk, including shipping and handling.

Shipping takes 1-2 weeks (While awaiting the Kiosk we will be getting the pharmacy trained and ready to go). Setting up the kiosk takes about 40 minutes and we will work to train your staff in 1-2 days.
We would ideally like to set up the kiosk in a spare room of the office or in extra space that is suitable to set up the kiosk for the patient’s privacy. If there is no available room then we will have to set up in the waiting area after receiving approval from the office management staff.

Yes, the provider will send prescriptions directly to the pharmacy via escribe or fax.
No, there is currently no charge associated with receiving prescriptions as long as you sign up by December 31, 2022. You will get one year free service from ravkoo Health.
Your pharmacy will receive normal prescriptions that include but are not limited to controlled medications, cash prescriptions, insured patients, and over the counter supplement medications.
When a patient is trying to use the Connect Kiosk, the pharmacy will receive a notification on the ravkoo portal and it will ring.
For security measures we recommend that the pharmacy uses the pay by text feature to collect the patient’s credit card information. This method is safe and secure.
If you are already using another platform for pay by text, you do not have to sign with the platform we use, Choice. However, we recommend that you utilize some platform to collect payment by text.
The pharmacy who is filling the prescription for the patient will need to collect the copay.
Yes. If the patient is requesting a consultation, then a licensed pharmacist must connect with the patient using the Connect Kiosk phone.
Yes. Unless the patient asks for a different delivery day such as the next day you can provide delivery based on their need.
Yes. ravkoo will assist with prior authorizations.
Yes. The pharmacy can cancel the contract at any time with 30 day notice.
We do recommend that the pharmacy uses Medzoomer in order for the patient to track the status of their delivery in our app, however it is not required and you can use your own delivery service.
The pharmacy will need to have a computer, webcam and speaker or utilize a tablet to connect with the patient on video call. These are the only expenses on the pharmacy side.
Yes, if the patient would like to pick up their medication from the pharmacy instead of delivery they have that option.

If the video call gets disconnected or drops, you can wait for a few minutes for the patient to connect again. If the patient does not or is unable to connect again with the pharmacy, you can contact the patient via phone call to the number they have provided you.
At the kiosk the patient will be able to initiate a video call from the kiosk to the pharmacy. If for any reason the pharmacy needs to get a hold of the patient outside of a video call they can contact them with the number the patient has provided.

If you wish to participate in the Connect Kiosk program, you will need to fill out an onboarding form and sign the agreement. After you have signed all the documents you will need to sign up for a pay by text service, and same day delivery services such as Medzoomer or Lyft.

Do we have to use PBT to collect the copay?
We recommend that pharmacy uses pay-by-text to collect patients' credit card as this method is very safe and secure.
Does pharmacist need to connect patient via kiosk?
If patient needs pharmacist consultation, then pharmacist must connect with patient on kiosk.
Do we have to provide same day delivery?
Yes, unless the patient is ok with getting prescription next day.
Does ravkoo Health provide assistance if PA is required on RX?
Yes. ravkoo Health will assist in prior Authorization
Can we terminate the contract in middle of the contract term?
Pharmacy can cancel the contract at any time with a 30-day notice.
What are the initial expenses to start kiosk service?
